Cascina Morelli 1862 is the result of a dream cultivated over time: the dream of the Maritano family to restore the life and soul of a farmhouse that had remained silent for years. After a long and careful restoration process lasting five years, the farmhouse has been transformed into a B&B surrounded by nature, overlooking the Avigliana lakes, where past and present coexist in harmony. Each space tells a story of tradition, care and love for detail, giving guests an authentic and truly cosy experience.

Architecture that tells a story
The entrance of Cascina Morelli is an invitation to relax. The elegant and discreet lobby welcomes guests into an intimate and relaxing environment, designed to make them feel immediately at home.
The communal kitchen is the convivial heart of the place: an open, functional and informal space intended to share moments of everyday life and simplicity.
The farmhouse retains its original identity reinterpreted in a contemporary key, both inside and outside, offering an ideal refuge for romantic stays, wellness weekends or regenerating breaks.

Design and nature: the Instabilelab project
The choice of Instabilelab wallpapers originates from the desire to strengthen the link with nature and make each room unique and recognisable. All bedrooms are located in the attic. The exposed beam ceiling is an integral part of the furnishing and is perfectly coherent with the rustic style.

Barn double bedroom
Odette’s delicate floral design gives the room a relaxing and refined atmosphere. The wild plants recall the spontaneous nature of the surroundings, creating a perfect balance with modern furniture and clean lines. In this room, the old sewing machine and the exposed brick wall recall crafts and atmosphere of an ancient era.

Spinning Wheel double room
Stylised flowering branches intertwine lightly on the wall, creating an elegant and bright atmosphere. Lilibet wallpaper, with its delicate white lines, guides the eye without overloading the space, generating a harmonious and refined visual effect.
The floral design interprets nature in a modern way, while maintaining a sense of classicism and sobriety. Each branch seems to tell a silent story, while white flowers blossom like little gems of light in the background, producing an intimate and relaxing atmosphere.

Granary double room
The large leaves of Madara wallpaper transform the room into an intimate and captivating space. The colour nuances and textural background, with a vintage touch, evoke a sense of deep calm and connection with nature. The minimalist furniture with delicate shades of sage green merges perfectly with the warm nuances of the Madara graphic, creating a refined and cosy balance. The antique wardrobe and the rough wood tools bring it all together, evoking an authentic rural setting full of memory and tradition.

Cellar master suite
Thanks to Armonia, nature explodes in a play of colours and shapes. The leaves, interwoven in a lively and dynamic pattern, give energy and character to the space, making it look bright and striking. The play of light on the wallpaper, created by LEDs, gives depth and dynamism to the room. The upholstered chairs in antique wood and the coffee table resting on a barrel add an authentic and rustic touch to the environment, following the main theme of the furnishing that characterises the entire setting.
